Using this site

This site exists to tell you about Kimchi & Chill and to let you cook a few of its recipes. Use it for that and we have no argument.

The recipes and photographs

The recipes, text and photographs here are the work of Miyeong Jeon and Dodechi. Cook them, print them for your own kitchen, and tell people about them. Do not republish them as your own or reproduce them commercially without asking first.

No guarantees

The site is provided as is. We test our recipes, but kitchens, ovens and ingredients differ, and cooking involves heat and knives. Use your judgement. Check for allergens yourself.

Where the site links elsewhere, to a retailer or a social account, we do not control those pages and are not responsible for what is on them.

Changes

These terms may change as the book moves from pre-launch to release. The date above tells you when they last did.
