What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the date you signed up. That is all. No name, no location, nothing else.

If you send a message through the contact form, we store the name, email address and message you typed, so we can reply.

We also use Google Analytics 4, which counts visits and tells us roughly which pages get read. It does not tell us who you are.

What we do with it

Your email is used for one thing: to tell you when the book is out. If we ever start sending anything else, every message will have an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is kept

Signups and messages are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV. The site runs on Cloudflare. Analytics data sits with Google.

Getting removed

Email hello@kimchiandchill.com and ask. We will delete your address and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to count returning visits. Nothing else on this site sets one. Blocking them will not break anything here.
